Wood & Feather – Handmade Art, Textiles and Home Furnishings from Zambia
At the heart of Zambia, I create distinctive African silhouette artworks using naturally gathered feathers from guineafowl, francolin, and village chickens to name a few. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, celebrating the textures, colors, and patterns found in nature while telling stories of Africa through subtle detail.
Beyond framed artworks, my designs are transformed into bespoke textile prints, bringing the essence of Africa into everyday living spaces. These fabrics are crafted into unique homeware and furnishings, including lampshades, cushions, upholstered benches, headboards, and rocking chairs.
